Phil Collins origional name is Philip David Charles Collins. Phil Collins was born in London, England, but nationality is English. After a short 1969 stint with the band “ Flaming Youth “, the London born Phil Collins auditioned for Genesis, then an up-and coming progressive rock band fronted by promising musical visionary Peter Gabriel. Phil Collins is a professional drummer and singer. He has written and recorded many hit songs like True Colors, and theme songs for movies since leaving the group Geneses although, he still colaberates with them.
Hi Ben, I loved listening to "In the Air Tonight" on Wednesday. It was cool to see the video, too. Phil Collins has such a distinctive voice. What do you usually do while you are listening to his music?
